This li'l guy scrapes books.toscrape.com because I didn't really feel like dealing with any cease and desist letters.
A simple expense tracker to utterly slay the beast of financial chaos, uncertainty and woe.
Wait, where was I? Ah yes... Cameron S. Kochan is a computer programmer with excellent communication skills.
Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Anthropology and Psychology, Cameron spent several years as a caretaker, working with adults on the Autism Spectrum. While fulfilling in many ways, the curious alure of endless digital mysteries could no longer be denied.
Cameron's journey began with a free online Stanford lecture series on Programming Methodology and a Dollar Store compendium notebook. From there the decision was easy. Cabrillo College had a well-regarded Computer Science department, of which Cameron took full advantage. While working part time for the Santa Cruz Public Library, he eventually earned an Associate of Science degree. Several promotions, one pandemic, and many side quests later, he eventually decided that if he was really going to get the job of his dreams, he had to pull out all the stops.
It was not an easy decision, perhaps not even a smart decision, but deep down he knew there was no other way. Cameron tendered his resignation with the library, packed up his wee Honda Fit, and, much to his chagrin, set up shop in his parents' basement. While the trials and tribulations during this time must, for the sake of brevity, remain unmentioned, it suffices to say that our subject succeeded in becoming a Certified Associate in Python Programming, familiarizing himself with Github, and building this portfolio for your viewing pleasure.
Cameron Kochan is currently at work in his parents' basement writing code, reading his new favorite book ("Code Complete" by Steve McConnell), and submitting applications for employment.
